The brokerage began in 1999 as a two person real estate team who had done real estate sales side-by-side from the beginning. Robert Memoli and Christine Masseo first met in the classroom to get their real estate licenses. They conquered the business using skills from the past and decided to open their own brokerage firm in the northern Tampa Bay market and the brokerage was born. Founded on agent first customer service the brokerage grew quickly with over 100 agents joining the company with-in the first few years.
In 2008, top agents of the brokerage Scott and Connie Barrett became shareholders in the brokerage and brought the skills of technology and product development to the brokerage. In the following year, Scott and Connie became sole owners of the brokerage and continued to develop products, tools, and services to provide agents solutions that help them operate and serve their business with ease.
In 2015, the brokerage set its sight on building a signal solution technology platform and assembled a development team including its own staff developer to develop it. In late 2018, the product was launched as the only single end-to-end technology that encompasses all the services and tasks to operate real estate for agents.
In 2019, Scott and Connie implemented a revenue share program and set to begin expanding the brokerage in new areas around the state of Florida. We are growing with new agents joining the brokerage from all parts of Florida from Tallahassee to Miami and in between.
